Whistleblower notice
Use this path to report serious misconduct in how the Valimarket desk is run. This is an internal channel of the desk. It is not a government whistleblower office.
What to report
Report facts about fraud, misuse of customer assets, a false public statement on this site, or a member of the desk asking a customer for a private key.
How
Open a support ticket and start the subject with Whistleblower. Describe what happened, when, and how you know. You may give your email or ask that the reply stay inside that ticket.
What not to include
Do not include a customer's private key, seed phrase, or password. Do not use this channel for a late deposit or a normal support question.
What we do
The operator reads the ticket. The text is not posted on the site. A report made in good faith is not answered with a threat. We cannot promise anonymity against a lawful request, because the ticket is stored with the account that sent it.
