Privacy Notice

This notice explains what valimarket.eu stores, why, and how to ask about it. The operator is the Valimarket team.

1. Who is responsible

The Valimarket team operates the desk at https://valimarket.eu. Requests about your data are made through a support ticket on that site. There is no separate public mailbox.

2. Data we store

We store your email, display name, session, Solana deposit address, balances, and the history of deposits, trades, withdrawals, and tickets. The private key of the deposit address is encrypted on the server. If identity verification is switched on, the document number is encrypted. While it is off, we do not ask for it. Sign-in and security logs are stored.

3. Why

We use this data to open the account, show balances, settle trades, detect abuse, answer tickets, and keep the session signed in. We do not sell personal data.

4. Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in. A language preference is stored in the browser. We do not use an advertising tracker.

5. How long

Account records stay while the account exists, because the deposit address and history are needed to operate it. You may ask for deletion in a ticket after you withdraw any remaining balance. Security logs are kept as part of the desk record.

6. Who else sees it

Payment providers see a euro purchase only when you use PayPal or SEPA. Public Solana transactions are visible on the network. We do not give the encrypted key to a third party. A clear request from an authority is handled as described on the Law enforcement page.

7. Security

Keys and document numbers are encrypted. No page will ask you to paste a secret phrase. Staff will not ask for it either.

8. Your requests

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the data we hold, or to object to a use that is not required to run the account. Send the request in a support ticket from the same email as the account.
