Where to send it
Use a support ticket on https://valimarket.eu and start the subject with Law enforcement. Name the agency, the country, the case reference, the legal basis, and the exact records requested. The only official site is https://valimarket.eu.
What the desk can confirm
From the database, the desk can confirm an account email, the Solana deposit address of that account, and the stored history of deposits, trades, and withdrawals, when the request identifies the account clearly.
What is not sent
A private key is never pasted into a ticket and is not exported in reply to a message. Do not ask a customer, through us, to reveal a seed phrase.
Scope
The desk answers requests it can match to a record it actually holds. It does not monitor the whole Solana network and it does not keep records of people who never opened an account.
