Candidate Privacy Notice

This notice covers people who contact Valimarket about work. It does not cover trading accounts. Those are described in the Privacy Notice.

What we keep

From a careers ticket we keep the name, the email, and the message, so we can reply and remember that we already answered.

What we do not want

Do not send identity documents, a national number, bank details, or a wallet secret. If you send them anyway, ask in a new ticket for that message to be closed.

Use and sharing

The note is read by the operator. It is not sold and it is not published. It is not used to open a trading account.

Retention and deletion

The ticket stays in the desk database until it is closed. You may ask for deletion in a ticket from the same email.
