Terms of Service

These terms govern use of valimarket.eu. The desk is operated by the Valimarket team. If you do not accept them, do not create an account or send assets.

1. The service

Valimarket is a Solana spot desk. It shows prices in euro, gives each account one Solana deposit address, and lets you buy, sell, deposit, and withdraw listed Solana assets. It does not offer margin, futures, copy trading, or a fiat bank account.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and you must not use the desk if the law of your country forbids it. You are responsible for knowing your local rules.

3. Account

You sign in with email and a password. You keep your mailbox and session under your control. One person may not open accounts to hide activity. The operator may suspend an account that is abused.

4. Custody

Coins you deposit sit on the Solana address created for your account. You must copy that address from the wallet page after you are signed in. A transfer to an old address, a wrong asset, or another network cannot be reversed.

5. Orders and euro purchases

A spot trade is sent on Solana through the quoted route. A euro purchase is sent only after PayPal or SEPA clears, and only when those payment keys are connected. Until they are connected, that method stays off.

6. Fees

With enough SOL, a spot trade is 1 percent in SOL and a withdrawal is 0.001 SOL, 0.30 USD in SOL for USDC or USDT, or 0.1 percent in SOL for other coins. Without enough SOL, the fee is higher and taken from that same coin: 2 percent on a trade, or 1 percent on a withdrawal (at least 1 USDC or USDT). PayPal is 3.5 percent and SEPA is 1.5 percent. 7. Risk

Digital assets can lose all their value. Prices can move before a transaction confirms. Nothing on the site is investment, tax, or legal advice.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the desk for fraud, sanctions evasion, or to hide the source of funds. You may not attempt to break the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or send a private key to anyone, including staff.

9. Availability

The desk can pause for maintenance, a stopped price feed, or a network halt. The operator is not liable for a delay caused by Solana, PayPal, SEPA, or a public price source.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the desk is not liable for lost profits, lost tokens sent to the wrong address, or a price change. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Changes

The team may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the new version.
